I just signed up, but can’t find my members login details

Your login details have also been automatically emailed to you in your members welcome letter. 

Please check that the email isn’t spam blocked or in your junk mail folder. When you do find it, add the email address to your ‘safe senders’ list!

What is your returns policy?

For digital orders, we have a 60 day money back guarantee.  For physical products, we accept returns within 60 days of placing your order. All returns need to be sent to Hanuka Returns, 11 Zait , Harish, Israel 3760412.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Digital orders are delivered immediately after purchase, and are also emailed to you. You may wish to check your spam folder to ensure your login details have not been emailed there. Physical product orders will be dispatched in 3-5 working days. Your package will be sent with USPS and can take up to 21 days and you will be sent a shipping notification once your parcel has been dispatched which will contain your tracking information.

I received an error when I try to order

We’ve partnered with ClickBank for handling the orders on our site. ClickBank is the leading retailer of digital products and has a very reliable ordering system. If the order page doesn’t work please try again in a couple of minutes.

Can I pay by telephone or send a check?

We only accept online payments. In addition to credit cards, we also offer payments via PayPal.
We use a 3rd party processor(Clickbank) which handles the transaction to ensure safety and security.

How much is shipping and handling?

For all US orders the shipping and handling costs are $12.25, for all Canadian order $15 and international orders $27.
